This is our second stay in the Intercontinental Cozumel. Both visits were terrific and had placed this resort soundly on very top of the list of favorite resorts. We would like to especially thank the resort for a superb romantic dinner around the private hotel beach. Each day we have been bombarded with an anniversary dish in our area of chocolate berries, and all this is in addition to the great amenities of the hotel.

My spouse and I just spent a second week in El Presidente, and it was beautiful as ever (we’ve been coming twice annually for any range of years). The hotel is ideal, and the team is outstanding. The comforts are exceptional. We used to go to town for supper each evening, but today we seldom proceed in any way.
You will find three young guys working there, Gerardo, Jesus, and Eduardo plus a senior gentleman, Manual, that we’ve come to know well through the years and that do an excellent job of making us feel special from the minute we visit us to arrive. Along with the restaurant is handled at nighttime by Ivan, making it run smoothly. On occasion, we stroll upon the beach to the beachside outdoor restaurant where the food is outstanding. I simply can not say enough about how amazing our remains here happen to be. They make it difficult for all of us to look at moving everywhere else to dip!
We booked this hotel on the internet without seeing anything aside from pictures and testimonials. We were quite pleasantly surprised by the standard of the center. Our room was big, in pristine condition and had a gorgeous view of the shore. The upkeep on the grounds of this facility was phenomenal. The pool has been in an excellent state, and the beaches were raked every evening. We had a problem with the team it was careful, and the answer is to all our requirements and request. We ate at 2/4 restaurants, and the food was tasty at each meal in the breakfast buffet to the dessert.
We made a decision to go back to the Presidente after having remained there 18 decades, ago. We expected to snorkel off coast daily as we’d done before. The coffee pot was”hard” to use since it didn’t wish to fill out a cup. It has to be replaced instantly.
Superb hotel! We consume at all servers and restaurants were lovely and the food very yummy. Many Smiles! Except for a couple of people allowed their kids to be inside. PLEASE, adults, don’t want children in either pool! They’ve another pool and pool to utilize. People weren’t happy about children! Do not spoil the cold spot.
