I had an enforced stay in this very comfy, attractive contemporary resort. What a hardship to unwind by the pool or enjoy afternoon tea in the dining area, or a tasty evening meal in the restaurant! I would especially commend Komang the secretary and Arlene, who had been very sympathetic and let me keep on a day to day basis. Additionally, Ayu that the waitress, who remembered my name, and has been careful.
We stayed here for just 2 nights, the place is close to the central locations, the resort is immaculate and well equipped, the team is exceptionally considerate and helpful. They suggested to check the trikes cozumel facebook for our next trip to Mexico! The breakfast was quite good (try the french toast and sandwiches )!
Regrettably, the only real downside of the hotel is that the traditional music that they begin playing regular for several hours from 8 o’clock from the restaurant. We can see here it in our area, after 15 minutes it gets really annoying!
Really like the place! Near all: restaurants, beach, stores, restaurants and also the waterbom. Easy to get in the airport, we spent approximately 10 USD by internet cab reserved from the coming terminal. What a beautiful area we got!
I enjoyed that it had been within Kuta but nevertheless a brief walk away, so it is relatively quiet. Family suite was enormous, and we appreciated frightening out by the garden. Found it odd that there was a rain shower without a shower head.
Check-in procedure was quite slow because of the lack of employees and lots of hotel guests in the lobby assessing in/out or possess inquiries. Staff was very polite and accommodating, and breakfast was utterly luxurious. I want to thank the supervisor for taking our comments into account and also the fantastic service retrieval!
Quiet location with easy access to stores and restaurants on the main road.
