The best in Acapulco!

To be honest, great place! Secluded, quiet, beautiful staff. Launched as a spa back in Thailand and the company has turned it into a resort. It is a charming and relaxing hotel. Very advocated and know you’ll enjoy it!

Great hotel for the price paid, service is unbeatable, everybody in the team is exceptionally kind and helpful. Food is also excellent especially Thai restaurant, would definitely recommend. Each suite has it’s very own private pool, private patio, with lavish in every detail.

The hotel’s villa layout ensures privacy for the guests. These homes are better suited for families and larger groups, and they even have an excess bedroom for a nanny and laundry facilities.

The food service was terrific- our favorites were the breakfast buffet at La Nao and in-villa dining.

The place is amazingly well maintained and the villas are extremely private and cozy. The room service is quiet, and the team is amiable. I would suggest anybody who wishes to stay off the sound and busy city to spend some time at this resort that is quite quiet and comforting. I would certainly stay here next time I see Acapulco!

I think the Sunday buffet in the Banyan Tree is the finest in Acapulco and possibly the most expensive! Around 650.00 pesos a person. The choice of food is first class, with things you don’t usually get in different buffets. The view of Acapulco is fantastic in where breakfast is served, as Banyan Tree is at the top of a hill. I had purchased a Mimosa, which is not included in the purchase price.

They forgot to deliver it to me, and when I reminded them at the conclusion, they were quite kind and brought me without charging me. Amiable folks in the restaurant along with a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.
